Energy Lab Eats was born in the lava fields of Kona, Hawaii on the Ironman World Championship racecourse. You have just swam 2.4 miles, rode your bike 112 miles, and are now half way through the grueling 26.2 mile marathon. The Energy Lab is the physical marker that signals the turnaround back to town and the finish line. Its hot, fully exposed to the sun, and a long way from home . . . It took a lot to reach this point but you know it will take even more to cross the finish line. Expectant finishers will need grit, perseverance, belief in yourself, and ultimately the right fuel to have the energy you need to make it back.
