Energy Lab Eats is the newest prepared foods brand created by two hospitality industry veterans and age group triathletes who wanted to help answer the worlds most vexing question, "What is for dinner?"

Our meals are prepared daily from scratch and we focus on complex carbohydrates, lean proteins, and a cornucopia of vegetables. Our goal is help people look and feel their best while enjoying every bite.

How It Works

  • Step 1

    Select from this week's amazing Chef prepared selections. This includes both complete meals that serve 1 or 2 people. Additionally, you can pick from your choice of incredible side salads served by the pound. Or a la carte proteins priced as marked. Even better, mix and match anyway you like!

  • Step 2

    Meals will need to be ordered and paid for online by Thursday at 5pm. This allows us to prepare and customize each order for the following week's delivery.

  • Step 3

    The Best Part! Your delicious, freshly prepared meals are delivered to your door on Tuesday between 2pm and 5pm of each week. All you have to do is heat and serve. Enjoy!
